James has over 40 years of construction experience. ADU's have become James' primary focus and passion. He takes great pride in his communication and construction skills on every project. James was awarded the ESGR Patriotic Employer Award for providing Service Members work during and after their service has ended.
Greg Popovich, ADU consultant
Greg was the founding member of Goldbar Builders and has built over 70 successful ADU's. Greg has been instrumental in fighting for ADU clients rights and helps to navigate the complex ADU systems in many cities and counties. Greg is available for speaking engagements and to help you obtain the goal of ADU ownership.

Although very competent at kitchen and bath remodels, ADU4life was created to focus on ADUs and the many benefits that ADUs provide for the homeowner. The time has come to give back to the community all of the knowledge and experience that we have acquired since the beginning of this journey in 2016. We especially enjoy detached ADU’s (we like to call them cottages).
